Wiseman hasn't played a full basketball season in four years. He played just three games at Memphis in 2019-20, tore his meniscus during his rookie NBA season and then faced numerous setbacks that kept him out all of 2021-22.

Payton, 30, was averaging 3.7 points and 2.6 rebounds in 14 games for Portland this season. He returns to Golden State, where he spent the two previous seasons and set career-highs last year with averages of 7.1 points and 3.5 rebounds in 71 games.

Bey is a sharpshooting forward in his third season after being drafted No. 19 overall in the 2020 NBA draft. He is the first player in Pistons history to make 100 3-pointers in each of his first three NBA seasons.

Atlanta ranks 28th in 3-pointers attempted per game this season.

Bey, 23, is averaging nearly 15 points per game while shooting 34.5% on 5.6 3s per game. After starting all 82 games last season, Bey has been in and out of Dwane Casey's starting lineup this season.

The Hawks made another cost-cutting move Thursday, trading Justin Holiday and Frank Kaminsky to the Houston Rockets in exchange for Garrison Matthews and Bruno Fernando. The Rockets announced the move on Thursday night.聽

Knox, 23, the ninth overall pick in the 2018 draft by the New York Knicks, is heading to Portland after averaging 5.8 points and 2.6 rebounds in 41 games this season. He played four seasons in New York before spending the 2021-22 season with the Hawks.
